Spacious mobile home (max. 4 adults + 1 child up to 15 years old), 11 m long, with two separate bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, TV, living room and kitchen, lovely sun terrace, garden furniture, beautiful valley view. The furnishings include duvets and pillows. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. For safety reasons, we are unable to provide sunshades. You are welcome to bring your own sunshade. A footstool is provided. Please note: There is a surcharge of €50.00 for the first night. Prices include 7% VAT, plus the local visitor's tax of €2.20 per person aged 16 and over per night (statutes of the municipality of Simonswald).
